What is The Bliss Marts' return policy?

At The Bliss Marts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working towards expanding our shipping options in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
